  1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Peak Season (December & April): All reservation payments are non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of booking. A full-night rate applies for check-outs after 10 AM.

Standard Season: Cancellations and modifications are allowed online before arrival.

  – 21+ days before arrival: 75% refund

  – 8 to 20 days before arrival: 50% refund

  – 3 to 7 days before arrival: 25% refund

  – Less than 72 hours: No refund

  – Early check-out: No refund for unused nights

– No-Show Policy: A reservation is considered a “No Show” if the guest fails to check in within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival without prior notice. No refunds apply.

  1. Early Check-in & Late Check-out

Early Check-in: Subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Late Check-out: A full-night rate applies for check-outs after 10 AM.

  1. Child Policy

0-5.99 years: Stay free on the same board basis when sharing with two adults. One baby cot per room is provided free of charge upon reservation.

6+ years: Charged as an additional person.

  – USD 65 per night (March 7 – May 28 & Sept 14 – Dec 28: USD 45 per night)

Baby Cots & Extra Beds:

  – Available upon request at the time of reservation (not available at check-in).

  – Only one extra bed allowed per room; sofa bed provided in suites.

  – Extra beds are non-commissionable.

Connecting Rooms: Available upon request at reservation.

Maximum Occupancy: Deluxe rooms and suites accommodate one child sharing with two adults unless otherwise specified.

  1. Rates & Seasonal Pricing

– Rates may vary based on seasons (Standard, Peak). Seasonal pricing applies for Easter, Christmas, and other peak periods.

– The cancellation policy remains effective during peak seasons with no refunds.

  1. Refund Policy

– Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy. All refunds are subject to transaction fees and will be credited back to the original payment method.

  1. Check-in Policy

– Required Documents:

  – Valid government-issued photo ID or passport.

  – Credit card or cash deposit for incidental charges.

  1. Pet Policy

 

– The hotel is pet-friendly with a surcharge of USD 35 per day per pet.

– Pets are not permitted in all hotel facilities; specific access areas must be confirmed with the hotel in advance.

 

  1. Smoking Policy

 

– The hotel is a non-smoking facility. Designated smoking areas are available outside the premises.

– Smoking in non-designated areas will result in a cleaning fee charge of USD 10
