Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Check-In Time: 2pm – 10pm     Check Out Time: before 10am

Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to the availability of the Unit on the relevant day, To be reconfirmed with the reception/ front office staff.

A levy is chargeable for late check-out after 10am. 

Room not occupied by 10pm hours will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.

Refund Policy:

For Peak Season (December and April), all reservations payments are non-refundable. Payments should be paid in full during reservations. A full night rate will be chargeable for check out after 10am.

Standard Season:  Reservation is allowed to be modified/cancelled online on your own before the arrival date:

    •  21+ days before arrival: 75% refund
    •  8 to 20 days before arrival: 50% refund
    • 3 to 7 days before arrival: 25% refund
    •  Less than 72 hours: No refund
    •  Early check-out: No refund for unused nights.
    •  No-Show Policy: A reservation is considered a “No Show” if the guest fails to check in within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival without prior notice. No refunds apply.

Processing: Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy. All refunds are subject to transaction fees and will be credited back to the original payment method.

Check-in Policy:

All guests must produce a valid ID/ passport upon Check-in
